Lets Talk about Our Hot and Cold times....

In the article by Jon Gertner were many experiments and conclusions about life how people carry their happiness. Loewenstein is one of the psychologists in the article and he says that people have "hot" and "cold" states which are also known as empathy gap. He said that a "Hot" state is when we feel anxiety, courage, fear, and sometimes just in the heat of the moment. "Cold" states he explained that we are calm and have time to process and think about the situation before making a decision. Hot state and cold state are emotional things. When the emotional level is high, people are attempting to do things they usually don’t do.
I can say that I’ve passed through a lot of “Hot” states in my life. With my partner mostly. Me having fights with my parents and saying things i don’t really mean and having those days when you don’t give a crap about anything but yourself. My “Cold” states I can say are  when I’m spending time with my cousins. They relax me and show me a good time.
